Is it weird to try to talk to (and maybe date) this girl from my physical therapy?

I'm 23 and she's 22 and I just really like her and want to get to know her more. I don't know if I want us to be friends or something more but I moved here about a year ago and I don;'t know a lot of people and I just really want to hang out with this girl who works at the physical therapy office I've been going to for my knee.

I had her once or twice and she looks at me a lot while I'm there. Lol but with my leg all screwed up i can never quite tell why! Last time I thought a girl was checking me out I found out she was gay Haha!

Anyway, what do you think? Christmas is coming up soon and I was thinking about getting her a card that basically says what I wrote in the first paragraph obviously without the dating part in it. I was thinking maybe I should get holiday cards for everyone there I spend time with to sort of help me cover it up if it makes her feel weird.
