She shouldn't have slept with you in the first place if that was the case! I think she's just making up excuses not to be involved with you, or have you try to date her. Basically, she used you for sex, got what she wanted, and now wants to avoid you.
Then watch her try to come back a few months later and repeat the same vicious cycle.
Block her as well. People like that are too wishy-washy and will wind up playing games and hurting you in the long run.

It can be anything from I don’t think we are right for each other to I’m not in the place to have a relationship to it was an oops something I don’t normally do casually but I had a weak moment. The blocking seems extreme. She could have just said I’m sorry I don’t think we should talk anymore.

She made a bad mistake. Bad enough she had premarital sex which is wrong. She is feeling the guilt and has no self-control over her own actions. She easily attaches to people, as I do. And she overall has attachment issues. It's not about WHY would we say that. Its the fact she knows what you're about, what she did which again, she regretted and now she's cutting you off because its the right thing to do. In other words, you're not invited into her life any further than she allowed. Respect it, and move on. She is unstable. Sounds like she was using you for sex because she was trying to get over whoever she had sex last.
Sorry that happened to you. Maybe she was trying to protect herself from getting hurt. That she probably thought she was doing you a favor by pushing you away. Since that in most girls experiences, they invest themselves into the wrong guy. That the guy wants to be left alone and only used her for sex. So, some of those girls compare those bad behaviors that happened to them to everyone else.
Do you like her or spoken to her about how she/you are feeling? either way she the fact that she feels the need to put some distance between you because she's doesn't want to catch feelings is probably because she feels like for whatever reason, she's may get hurt/have negative effects if she does. which is most likely because she feels like you won't be there to catch her if she falls for you and its something that is important to her OR i may be wrong but I don't know
Catch feelings means she don't want to be in a feeling based relation. May be she's afraid of pain after breakup or may be there's something else. So the conclusion is you need to find some other girl. Move on.
Catching feelings is just a poor way of saying getting attached. It isn’t about feeling things like a warm summer day, but wanting to be with a person.
