It depends. Does he do it for himself, or he's doing it to attract women? There are some men who do the minimum because it's smart for him as a man. Other men may not have his mentality and nobody knows why he is the way he is. I have seen men who are more productive because they have the mindset and personality of a perfectionist, which is practical, objective, etc. That would overall be attractive to me because even though I am a feeler at heart, I still have the mind that learned to adapt to that mindset. The real question is what does a woman needs in a leader for a man, and what kind of man does he want to be if he desires to share his life as a woman. A man must know his strengths and weaknesses. And if he knows he has areas that need maturity, hopefully, he will work and pursue that for himself so he can be the guy he wants to be [father, husband, boyfriend, etc], so that way, the woman he wants to have in his life can equally pursue that future with him. A man at the end of the day, no matter his personality type, ambitions, desires, background, faith, etc MUST have VISION. Without it, he will be lost.

Your welcome. It's one thing I had to learn and develop for myself as a woman. This advice applies to everyone, but children and young teens will need it the most because they are shaped to do as the world tell them, instead of doing it how God leads them to. Parents especially make this grave mistake. People should focus on priorities and improvement before seeking a potential partner or engage in relationships. And be with positive-minded people who are willing to help you. Go with people who walk the same path you want and have succeeded. When men especially work on themselves instead of trying to be like other men, he will see dramatic improvement.

I like a hardworking man, if he’s got the right intentions behind it, it means he has goals to achieve and clear picture for the future.
The main reason for that is because in my head, if we’re dating I’ll have to do the same and try to do more all the time which will help me become better in what I do. I like men who can make me push my limits, he’ll motivate me so much without even knowing it just by being hardworking. Hopefully this goes both ways and we never stop inspire each other to improve.

No, that actually makes no difference to me in how attractive I find someone. I would still like a guy even if he didn't do much at work. That wouldn't be one of the qualities that I would consider to be a turn-off.
