What makes a guy ghost and how do try prevent it from happening?

every girl I know has several stories of being ghosted so I’m not sitting here asking for a solution to never be ghosted again as it’s obviously something I will experience as part of the process of finding someone.

my question for men is, what makes you ghost, and what can a woman do to lessen the chances

I think ghosting is a sign of immaturity. Be a man and just say you're no longer interested. But that's not what you asked. I'd say people ghost because they're no longer interested or found what they believe is better. It's possible that you could have been a rebound and the man returned to his ex.

Try to be fun and interesting, make him laugh, everyone likes chatting with someone who can make a person forget their problems.
