Soo I've been single for ever, never dated or been in a relationship but now that I want to try it I'm having trouble because I just know how to start this nor do I feel motivated to go out and try to meet girls haha. I guess I've been single for so long that at this point I just don't see why I need to date?

What Girls Said
You need to push yourself out of your comfort zone a little bit, and getting out there will be easier!
Are you attending school? Do you have potential dating interests? Any classmates you are interested in? Anyone from work or you see frequently you may want to ask out?
If not, and you are looking for totally new people - try getting involved in something! Dog walking group, volunteering, community events, school events (like college fundraisers, university game days, etc. if you're in school) and you will ALWAYS meet new people! Not only is this a good way to strike conversation, but you will be focusing on the same tasks too, at whichever event / social outing you are participating in.
Mutual friends can be of help, introducing you to their female friends may be beneficial to you, and give you some options to date people you are slightly familiar with too.
If you frequent a cafe or store (like having coffee at the same cafe at 3pm each day after work, say) and you notice a waitress or a cashier you're interested in. Try saying Hi, opening up communication, creating small talk, asking about her day, etc.
It totally depends on you, your lifestyle, your hobbies, your interests, time, area, etc.
I hope you can meet some awesome people and find that partner you're seeking. :) You can try online dating too, that is tricky, and a lot of hookup culture has taken over, but it is certainly an option.
Good luck!
You can try a dating site like Match. com, or Meetup. com. You got nothing to lose but a little money. They have free sites of course, but they have a lot of Catfish on them and people not interested in dating, just chatting.
