Why women like men with confidence but are always creating insecurities with height or penis size or many things?

I dont know how can a man stop being depressed and insecure in this world. Is very sad the dating world for men. You can't change your height or penis size to adapt women's preferences. Men need too experience in dating and sex but men don't find relations just as easy as women
