If high school cheerleaders in the 80's were any indication, absolutely. I didn't want too embarres myself in front of classmate I had in most classes at school, my acting like a prude. We screwed around good naturedly, without romantic entanglements too get us in trouble with our crushes at school. Our clothes thrown in washer by wellmeaning mom assuming me her son under all the suds horsing around with his sister in shower. Happy too see daughter seeing erect penis not related too her in platonic cometadery encouraged me too allow daughters education in male anatomy erecting from sexual arousal not appropriate between siblings of opposite gender. Platonic study group of curious daughters and cheerleading members without brothers and steady bows made me less of a date too cheerleading team than anatomically correct bare male mascot. They were cool, and about as descreet as can be expected of 15 too 17 year old girls and their adopted team spirit boy toy. Heck yes, I'm on board with dating a nice female cheerleading professional.

so that was kind of similar. There's no particular reason why I wouldn't date a cheerleader. The ones at my school were all pretty decent people, and I spent a good deal of time with them - I did the editing for all of their performance music, and I ran the sound for many of their performances, plus I was in the marching band, so we spent lots of time around each other, and lots of long bus rides together, back in the 80s.

I always had a boom box and mix tapes, and half the time we were all singing along. It was hilarious when 60 kids - including cheerleaders and colorguard girls - would ALL air-drum the big drum fill in the song In The Air Tonight by Phil Collins, or the one in Sister Christian. But maybe the funniest moment of all time was when about 30 girls started singing 2 Live Crew's "We Want Some Pussy" and they all knew every word - and they got louder and louder as the song went on until they were shouting at the end. It was so funny I thought I was going to pass out from laughing so hard.

When I was in high school I had the biggest crush on this one cheerleader.. I literally would have done anything to just go on a date with her.
