My opinion is that if you think there aren't men that won't date mothers who have children, then you either live under a rock (I know many, and my biological father is someone who dated a woman who already had a child only to conceive me with a said woman later) or that you have personal issues that cause you to place an unnecessarily heavy value on whether or not a woman has had children before she met you.

Which... is fine. You don't have to like women who have had children before you. But you aren't the authority to gets to decide that she is now worthless because you, personally, have a particular distaste for them by oddly shaming them for not meeting your personal, moral and sexual standards.

It may is more difficult because that is more responsability, but If you find a man that just loves Children/Kids or even has his own Kids, or just Really loves that Woman that is NOT going to be a Problem. I Think a Single man would want To date a Single Mother because Woman Are just amazing, Watch how a Single Mother Works, Cleans her house up and looks After a Child and even looks bomb. My Parents divorced when I was just 5 Years old and when I was 8 My Mother found Love Again in a Single Man. After 12 Years they Are still happily married.

My end goal with dating is to have a family with the woman I'm dating. I want my own bio logical children, not someone else's.
But that's just me and that shouldn't make me shallow or bad.
I wouldn't say it would make a woman undateable, but it sure will somewhat lessen the options of possible partners then before having a child.

I think the reason its a double standard is that girls think the default intention of any single man who is dating is that they just want sex, but having a kid makes women think their intention is to have a family. Seems like women want a family without having sex.

That's a good point. I could see that being the case, although I don't think that it's that some women just want a family with no sex. I'm sure most everyone wants sex, unless they're specifically asexual.

Thats not true but it does increase the chancea of no one wanting to date you. I wold date a guy with a kid as long as he had only one kid, age 2-5, and wanted more kids. But at the same time, i know the kid will be his top priority which i respect. But i wasn't expecting to come in being 2nd already. So its best i marry someone and then we mutually agree to make the kid our top priority when it comes into the world

It I want to date the girl and she has a child, its a variable that has to be taken care of. I definitely wouldn't date a single mom that doesn't take care of her own child, but the fact that she has to take care of her own child takes so much away from the dating experience.

Men who have kids date women who have kids. Men and women who do not have kids typically want nothing to do with a single parent. Why would any of us want to care for your last baby momma/daddy's DNA unless we were in the same shitty situation our selves.

There are some guys who date single moms so that’s not true in every case. I think it makes their dating lives more difficult but it doesn’t kill their chances entirely.
