Guy I’m seeing disappeared from my matches on hinge. Did he delete his account or me?

We’ve been seeing each other for 1.5 months, met on hinge. we’ve had great sex and great dates. We hadn’t ever talked about how we felt, until Thursday I messaged him telling him my feelings, but just saying that I really liked him and he felt really good and I’m excited. He responded saying the same and wanting to continue seeing me. There’s a personal work reason I won’t say that is his main priority until March so he can’t make me a full priority right now but he said we should talk about it more in person next we see each other, and I agreed.
Then I noticed the next night he disappeared from my matches on our dating app. Is it possible he deleted his account since I confessed how I felt? Or did he unmatch with me for some reason?

It’s possible he could have deleted the app. No way to know for sure unless you ask him though.
