I feel that Valentine's day is a terrible holiday not about real love, but a ruse to make women and men go to elaborate lengths to demonstrate their love in a very materialistic manner. If you want to spend the day cuddling on the couch watching romantic comedies; I will love to celebrate it that way. However, if you expect flowers, chocolates, jewelry, and/or an expensive date I am not down with that. Granted it is probably worth noting that I got a 0% for gift giving on the quiz to determine my love language.
