I have had women send me nudes on the first date. Sometimes within hours. I have had long term relationships where I met them and we were having sex 2 hours later. So it just depends on your chemistry and how you both evolve.

Asking for nudes is always lame. As a rule, if a guy can't get you naked in person, he doesn't deserve to see what you have. It's not lame to send them, but relationships are not about sending each other pics. They're about skin on skin and getting with each other.
