I've been fattening up lately with cooperative girl's homecooked lunches. I weighed myself today and found out I went from 51kg to almost 57.

Well 51KG for a man IS far too thin assuming you’re not under the average height for men.

How tall are you? I assume you were underweight before and might still be underweight depending on how tall you are.

I am a 5’6.5 young girl and 46KG and even I am a little underweight but I am small boned and have always been on the lower end of the weight spectrum regardless of how much I eat.

Please take care of yourself and eat enough to keep your nutrients and vitamin levels stable. It’s very important to take care of yourself.

But also, there's medical evidence that serotonin lives in the stomach. So having digestive issues can actually, supposedly, cause depression or depressive-like symptoms. Yet another reason to eat well.

Me and my boyfriend are big foodies. I have yet to actually cook a meal for him but he has cooked for me several times, and I was so impressed! I love that my guy knows how to cook, sometimes I help him prep dinner before I leave for home too. Usually when I cook with other people it starts to get so cluttered and overwhelming, but with him, he makes cooking so fun and easy. He takes his time but the end result is pretty damn good.
