My boyfriend kicked me out of our apartment last night because he was drunk and I don't know what to do?

I have been with my boyfriend for alittle over 2 years we have been fine and argue like normal couples occasionally and will apologize when wrong. Yesterday night he got drunk on our double date and when we got home our dog chewed a hole in the kitchen floor before we left he wanted the dog crated and I wanted her out so I left her out after he put her in the crate. When we got home he flipped out about the hole and brought her outside to try to induce vomiting but he grabbed her by the back of her neck... She ran away for 15 minutes and we both were looking for her I found her and when I was headed in he screamed at me saying I can’t stay here and to get out basically kicking me out Our apartment! And he told me to take my dog too and threw my wallet at me saying I don’t listen to him. I grabbed my keys and cried in my car he texted me like 10 minutes later saying I can stay but I have to sleep on the couch... all of this over the dog.

This clearly isn't a very good situation, like you said, he was inebriated so the best option to take now is to wait for him to settle down and become sober again. It can't be easy to just let things stay how they are for now but arguing with a drunk person gets you nowhere, nowhere good at least.

It is both of your guy's apartment so it was very wrong of him to kick you out, you have just as much of a right to do and live as you please. You guys should seriously talk it through whenever he is capable of doing so, express your feelings, let him express his, and try to reach a consensus where you both are happy. It is pretty upsetting this happened over a dog but maybe it runs a little deeper than just so.

Actually grabbing a dog by vh the back of it's neck isn't bad. That's how their mother grabbed them. That's how you pick up animals to start. It doesn't hurt and doesn't scare them. I had a friend that worked at a zoo and she let me pet a tiger cub. To pick it up we had to grab it by the back of it's neck, because it freaked out otherwise. I do that to keep my dog calm before taking her on a walk.

My puppies I have 2 are 15 weeks old and I trained them not to chew stuff like that, also the training classes helped. Plus I buy chew deterrent spray from the veterinarian, so they don't chew what they aren't supposed too! The dog should have been trained better by this age. My 2 only chews they're toys and bones.
