Dating

Guys, would it bother u if a girl ur seeing is seeing other men besides u?

This topic came up because my girlfriends and I are talking and they have different views than mine...

Here's the story:
My personal life is always on the DL. Because I feel the whole world does not need to know about me dating and stuff. So, I'm seeing this guy (NO ONE KNOWS ABOUT US SEEING EACH OTHER EXCEPT MY TWO CLOSEST FRIENDS), we are not serious, we have our own busy lives so we see each other once a month. Yes, we are sleeping with each other. I'm pretty sure he is seeing other girls, and talking to them and blah blah blah. He does whatever because 1. He's a guy 2. We are not exclusive 3. I don't be up all in his personal business unless he tells me about his personal business. Again, we are not exclusive. I on the other hand are pretty much doing the same thing. Talking to other guys and stuff. We do talk about family, work, and sports (yes, I'm a sports girl). His side of the mind right now is that he doesn't feel ready to be in a relationship because he has a lot of things that needs to be straighten out. Which I am totally fine with that because I am nowhere ready for being in a relationship either because I just got out of a bad relationship, and a very bad incident (about a year ago) so my main focus is me.

My 2 girlfriends found out that The guy I'm seeing is talking to another girl while he's messing with me. I told them that I am doing the same and I am fine with that. They said it's disrespectful to me that he is doing this. I don't see it their way and told them that I'm doing the same thing. The only difference is that i think he doesn't know that I am seeing other people. What are ur thoughts? Would that bother u?
