Should I wait at the bus stop on purpose to meet someone I liked?

A few days ago at the bus, someone came in. I can not specify he or she, as I am not even sure myself. We were standing close and I liked them, we got down on the same bus stop and I thought I wish I got to meet them then. Then today, I came up with a plan. If I get to the bus stop and wait at the same hour again same day the next week, maybe I can catch them and greet? But I am not sure if they would find this okay, because I am aware some might find it not okay. Anyways, should I?

I say yes why not at least find out cause you will be regretting it if you don't and if you do end up with them when you tell them the lengths you went to they will love you for it more or they might think your a stocker 😂

I'd of course not waste hours waiting for them for weeks. I was just asking if it would be okay to talk to them if I see them again, even by on purpose.
