Is it desperate to take a train to go see someone you've never met before?

To be honest, I wouldn't be going there only and solely to meet them. I have plans on staying in a nearby town from them to go zip lining and I'd also book my own accommodations.

I just thought I could kill two birds with a stone by doing this but now I'm also wondering if that's too much or not.

Why would be desperate? In a train you can see stuff, enjoy the view, interract with other people, I Love Train, as in the plane? feels like i`m a coffin, cannot stretch, cannot talk to anyone as its "too loud", you cannot see stuff, just the sky/clouds...

I would love to have another chance to ride a train! I’ve been on one only once, to return home from a class trip in 1989.

It depends! Taking a train to see someone special isn't desperate by itself. If you've been talking for a long time and feel a strong connection, it's romantic!
