Being on or off the clock does not matter for a man. If a man goes out with coworkers after hours and he says/does something a female thinks is inappropriate, she can have his ass fired without problem. Fact.

Really🤔a group of us guys and gals used to go out every Friday after work and I don't recall one instance of that happening.. Again this isn't about GENDER or SEXUAL Harassment... When I was in the corporate world I used to go out with coworkers as well... until a new super-hot-psycho girl destroyed one of the young men on my team and tried to do the same to a second fellow.

And men have never spread rumors or lies about women on the job? See that's the issue.. Women don't deny that men can go through things. But you men can't see that women can also go through things because of bad men... It's not All men are good, innocent and all women bad, evil yet "some" men keep trying to paint it that way... Example, we have a dress code at work, it's pretty lax except no booty shorts, no tank tops.. so two girls kept wearing booty shorts anyways and got called out for it (rightly so!!) But yet, the guy who keeps wearing the muscle tanks didn't🤔 I bring this up as an example because guys on here keep saying men are treated so unfairly and women get away with anything and it's not true... If I am late to work, fuck off at the job, steal being a female won't stop me from being fired... Just like if I owned a company, I'd fire ANYONE, male or female who was fucking off on my dime...

Getting "called out" is a lot different than being fired and having a public reprimand in a highly regulated field. That is, this girl destroyed one man's life (publicly) and tried to do this to a second guy.
