This is kind of a turn off for me. People that are friendly and flirt, even though they’re in a relationship. Even if it’s “harmless”, it’s a red flag. You could be giving mixed signals to this person that you’re doing the “harmless flirting” with. My own father is like this, he was good to my mother but still flirted with women and checked women out. If you’re TAKEN you shouldn’t be doing this

I think women are probably the worst offenders when it comes to flirting while in a relationship, usually dismissed as "I'm just a flirty person".

I'm not talking subtle flirting signs, It's constant compliments, always initiating messages, invites to meet up for dinner/drinks, invites to her place for dinner.

It's easy to mistake this stuff as interest.
