Why do girls keep fooling me?

I don't understand... at work for example one is acting like we are dating already. When I asked her out, she said yes and seemed happy then just ditches and hides all the time. This has happened outside of work too. I don't even know if this is a friend even now.

Are you both talking the same language in regards to relationships etc,

sometimes, one believes there is a proper relationship, where as the other is simply thinking you are dating.

with dating than there is zero commitment and either can just end it’s with zero reason.

for a relationship, then it means there is or has been some level of commitment.

anything before dating is just casual and yeah well that can be very fluid, so don’t expect any commitment

this is why communicating is so important.
