For me it is because I trust people until they prove they cannot be trusted much of the time and I know it is the opposite for most others. This causes me to be fooled often but I don't like living a life of never trusting anyone, to me that is depressing. There are still many good people out there.

Don’t be a jerk and take advantage of the good ones please. Some are just looking for love and try to look for the best in people. I don't know why some people mistake kindness for weakness. Eventually those girls will catch on and have trust issues which sucks

They don't all get fooled, but if you know a woman is naive then taking advantage of that is somewhat cowardly

Some of them are just hungry for attention or affection and seem to ignore red flags.
