What I find funny is those same land whale women, get pissed off when the men they are attracted to want nothing to do with them.
Nothing is fundamentally wrong with the statement, unless those women act entitled and complain that men are shallow or fatphobic for not dating them.
Nothing as I very much doubt overweight men fantasise about overweight women
The only thing wrong with it is that they bash men for not wanting overweight women. We get it. Fat is unattractive and sends bad signals about health and work ethic. Why can't women also get it?
That's the contenta of letting mental patient getting to much influence in society where they under any circumstances shouldn't have any.
Cuz they're overweight themselves - the ultimate hypocrisy.
Are you referring of the plurality of adjectives for the female vs the male?
Nothing wrong with that.
Just funny/interesting/ironic.
If women can be plus size, why can't men? If the men are called overweight, so are the women.
And vice-versa. Though many find love of food to be a big common interest.
Are plus sized men attract to overweight woman
It's called a double standard. And they're fat women not plus sized.
I think its the same as fat dudes not liking fat chicks
Does anyone REALLY care what plus-sized women are or are not attracted to?
Most people aren't overly attracted to obese people.
Sounds like someone is calling the kettle black
Because it says "plus size women" and men are still called overweight not plus size
Plus size women are not always fat but if they are they hypocritical
Why aren't women referred to as overweight?
Double standards much
I wouldn't be surprised to hear that, actually.
That photo is mad dope. LOL
It's false
It is only a preference. Nothing wrong with that.
Yeah except men are beaten over the head for their preferences and are told everywhere that we need to get rid of them and we have to be attracted to obese women. Thats the issue.
I won't beat you up for it
figure of speech. But it is true that men are insulted and belittled for having that same preference. I mean we don't have a body positive movement for men, hell we don't call overweight men "plus sized" in order to obfuscate what they really are like we do for overweight women. Its the double standard that is the issue. If a woman doesn't want a fat guy its a preference, if a guy doesn't want a fat girl he is a worthless shallow piece of shit. Kind of bullshit.
That's only when he feels the need to insult women simply for weight. We get you preferences are towards thinner women but to be an ass about it is unnecessary. Any women who do the same are just as much of a dick hole.
@hellionthesagereborn ^^^
Hahaha I just spelled out your profile name sound legit. 😄
@JustAnj I agree to not be a dick about it, but like I said, their is a massive double standard that gets ignored and that is the issue. We don't have a massive add campaign telling women to like short and fat men, but we do have massive add campaigns telling men they have to not have preferences and they have to date fat women (they don't even let us use the term fat or overweight when it comes to women, those are only reserved for men now for some reason). Like I said, the hypocrisy of it is the issue otherwise I don't think anyone would care (every one wants to find some one they think is attractive obviously).
@hellionthesagereborn
That's where I am confused though, where are these campaigns telling men anything or even enforcing it?
Media and life is filled with double standards but honestly it doesn't really affect you unless you determined you have to listen to societal rumors and drama talk.
If your talking about women of all figures being exposed to the world as beautiful this is not a double standard. What is a double standard is only having thin women on media implying that they are the only women sought as beautiful or attractive.
Now this spread of beauty in all sizes is actually for women to love themselves to boost self worth. Not to make guys think they have to be into big girls.
If this is not what your talking about please be more specific of what you mean.
Also I am a big girl always have been in different weights, I think it's silly to assume all big girl just find athletic guys attractive cause I actually am not a fan.
But being that I am married my guy turns me on may he be muscular or has some extra love handles. 🥴
@JustAnj The "plus size" thing and the body positive campaign are the campaigns that are trying to shame and guilt men into being attracted to obese women. It doesn't work obviously, but they do try. I find it hard to believe that you have just not noticed this, that on the cover of magazines men have six packs always, and in the case of women they are getting fatter and fatter (They have morbidly obese models now, like Tess Holiday).
As for its affect, well yeah, nothing affects you unless its law, the problem is I have to hear women bitch and moan about men being shallow pieces of shit for not wanting fat women and in the same breath women state how they will never date a short guy, fat guy, poor guy, or awkward guy. Does it affect me? No, but it also doesn't mean its not utter hypocritical bullshit either. Thats what I'm pointing out, the rampant hypocrisy and the refusal of many women to call it out or even outright defend it.
@JustAnj The other issue as others have pointed out is the fact that we pander to women and then just do not give a fuck about men. She is plus sized, but he is obese. She can have standards, but if men do their pieces of shit for it (and yes this is actually pretty common. Articles have been written about men being assholes for having any standards whether that be not wanting obese women (and I am saying this as a guy who is actually not all that picky about what a woman looks like (I prefer thicker women (I don't like obese but a little chubby isn't a bad thing for me))) to men being weak and worthless if they don't date single mothers or women over x age or what have you.). Its kind of fucked up when you actually look at it.
I mean sure we can completely ignore the bashing and insults, we have been for decades, but I think a lot of guys are at their limit and are getting really fed up with the pandering to women and the complete disregard for men society and women have.
@JustAnj to clarify, not all women (obviously, I shouldn't have to state that but I know some one is going to leap on that and immediatly claim that everything I've said is invalidated because I didn't say "not all women").
@hellionthesagereborn
I honestly do not know about all this, I mean probably cause most of the time I don't really care about the stupid nonsense magazines or pop culture since I know most of it is nonsense.
I know there is some women who complain but most really don't at all.
The reason why I mentioned that not all women is because a lot of people like to generalize the situation which honestly unless it really is majority it has no true stance, these women to me are more referenced as people who, since some men are similar in their own thoughts.
Now the things I have read are all about women feeling self worth at the size they are in and how to sustain a healthy life style. Plus size I always regard this to clothes and shape like being plumper then the average woman.
For the magazines in general I still see a lot of thin women on covers plus a lot of those magazines are bought from women more then men and a lot of media spread are towards women in general.
It's like a told a guy in another comment, if guys want to have or use a different label for their size why not and bet you most girls would be chill about it. Me personally just want to see people happy and loving themselves as who they are, if you want to be a plus sized guy all you gotta do is say so make it know and the wild fire should spread. There really is no need to have conflict over this.
They hate themselves?
The pots calling the kettle black.
Men and women carry weight differently?
Yes, the ironic double standard.
The terminology. Lol
Nothing is wrong with that statement.
Nothing's wrong with it at all.
Nothing; you like what you like
I like weiner. I dont have one.
Plus-sized is what's wrong
Are those ducks? LOL
It's cringe
Nothing wrong
