Do you believe that little things can be deal breakers in a relationship?

I'm always hearing from other girls that they'd never date a guy for pretty insignificant reasons like if he had long hair, or he had weird hobbies, a different religion (even though the complainant isn't even particularly religious themselves 🙄), or had tattoos/piercings etc. Personally I've never thought of things like this as deal breakers, just an added positive or negative trait that don't actually define someone's character or affect overall attractiveness. Of course there are certain things that actually ARE deal breakers to me, but I think it's stupid to get so nitpicky. Am I alone in thinking this way? What are your deal breakers?

I agree girls can get so picky with minor issues like my tattoos and make them into deal breakers. I can't tell you the number of times I've had a great time going out a couple of times, only to find her super cringing or outright verbally hostile when I wear tank tops.

Hello ? I wear my tattoos 24/7, certainly you can deal with them for the few ours we are out in public.

I don't believe in sweating the small stuff. Little things are going to irritate people, but if you have the big things in line, it's worth sticking through the little irritations. Something is always going to irritate you about someone else. The only people perfectly in line with our thinking is ourselves. I have never dismissed a dating opportunity because of something little. If there was a reason, it was a bigger deal.

I usually only start nitpicking once I feel like the relationship has gone stale or distant, then that’s when every little thing he does annoy me and I start reconsidering the relationship to see if it’s still fixable.

Watch what women do, not what they say. Women dont really know what they want and about 90% of their so called deal breakers will get thrown out the window for a slick man who knows the tricks of the trade. If women were so smart about their preferences than why is there a 50% divorce rate in the usa? Cuz women are full of crap.

It depends but still it's your likes and dislikes that makes you think that way. When it comes to love it doesn't matter. Maybe in lust or showing off it does, but love is beyond all these stuff.

Deal breakers as at first impression for me are excess body fat, hair ruined by dyieng, short hair, bad skin, acting or pretending.
If we get close, than the deal breakers are only big things like dishonesty.
