Mode One by Alan Roger Currie, because it's about being upfront and straightforward, but not only applies to dating & relationships, but life in general, and how to build confidence to become direct, honest, and fearless in interactions with people, also Be Relentless by David X - both can be read free by typing the book title and "PDF" into a google search.

Alan says, if getting laid, or approval is your goal, Mode One isn't for you, because it's about building yourself, which is the focus; the benefits in relationships come as a side effect of honesty, confidence, and bold, strong, upfront character.

It helped me a lot because I think he pretty much describes at least the way I as a guy think pretty accurate and it helped me to understand women better.

@JustMeh1234 It´s kind of classic you might get a cheap version of it online if you don´t know the book. He uses a modell saying guys are from Mars and makers/builders and problem solvers, that work more individually while women are more socially orientated care takers. He´s not saying that women can´t problems with that but emphasizes more on the aspect of guys rather working indiviually while women are better at socially. Following this he first describes guys and their character and later women and their. It should be clear that not every one fits in each gender description but I think it´s a good orientation.

I read a book called act like a lady think like a man by Steve Harvey, where he says not to advertise your romantic availability to new people but use conservative words to inspire a guys loyalty and commitment to you and belief in your romantic value. In his other book, he says says not to date a guy with an unstable career because a guy will not be interested in marrying you if he has not gotten his pay cheque and his lifestyle figured out.

If you want to get married, then look for men who want children and a family, but do not have children yet. Time is of the essence. Many men who want children will be aware of the statistic that the chances of birth defects doubles for every year after a woman reaches age 35.

I just noticed that you are in Turkey and in the military. It's a different world here in the United States, in the US there are no religious restrictions and no banned books. Communication is what separates humans from the animals; the ability to share learned experiences. One of the most perplexing issues is human relationships, so it is good to share learned experiences.

I've never read a book specifically on dating or relationships, however, I do read a lot of romance and that has actually helped me a lot in figuring out what I want in a relationship, and what I don't want/won't tolerate.
My parents split when I was too young to remember them as a couple, my dad was focused on raising me so he didn't date, and my mom has only dated shitty guys. My brother has never been in a relationship more than a few months, and my sister's last two boyfriends were later charged with some form of sexual abuse. So I've never really seen a GOOD relationship model. All I've ever seen is what I don't want. So reading romance has given me healthier ideas about what relationships should be. I'm not naïve enough to think the exaggerated 24/7 romance is realistic, but at least it gives me something to strive for on a more toned down level.

Honestly? None of them. I’ve found that the more I research women the more I’m absolutely disgusted by modern women and their behavior. I try to follow my instincts as best I can but that poses other challenges and I’m pretty bad at reading women so I end up with batshit crazy chicks and tons of women that aren’t actually interested/available but they’re flirting like they want to go home with me.

I can’t give you any advice besides get your own experience.
