Sooo I’m 1.70 cm in height and weigh 60 kg. I’m nowhere near “fat” but I do have a bit of a gut, which I’m trying hard to lose. I usually always have an amazing physique but the last two years I didn’t care. I’m cutting down on all sugar and do ab work outs regularly and I’m seeing results slowly, but boyfriend says he doesn’t care if I have a bit of a gut. He is accepting of everything that makes me who I am and so it subconsciously makes me sabotage my goals. Do you think that he means it or that he’s just being a good boyfriend by saying he doesn’t care about the gut?
