women behave like this when she doesn't respect you as a man and have a more masculine dude to bang her properly (but that dude doesn't want relationship or is broke, that's why you still are in the picture)
I would say that you have been too nice. Turn up the "Bad Boy" factor a little bit... maybe go "I guess sex is out of the question" in a humorous way. Her response will define if it is what she said, or if she is just being too polite in her disinterest of you.
Sounds as though she may had a big hunk of baggage in the past and is still trying to resolve that.
If you want to help her work through that, more power to you.
Personally, I would stay to move on. It's your choice, though.

Eh... you can try being friendly, but don't expect much. My ex was pretty unavailable emotionally, and it taught me a lesson to not date another emotionally unavailable woman.
Look pay no attention to her reasons. Only her actions matter and her actions are telling you that she doesn't want you and is trying to let you down gently. Should she meet some hot guy that she wants, her actions will be completely different.
Dump Her! Make sure she knows, that your, dumping her. It will be hard on you but you'll find someone else and she'll realize that she can't get anything from a guy that's looking for a wife but a husband!
Ignore her until she opens up. It'll drive her crazy and she'll let it all out. After that argument she'll be available.

So what if she is? she's still a baby! I know when I was 22 no guy was ready to be a man they thought they were but real men stay when they cause your body harm.. but he left.. so glad too cause my man today is 100% better went from rags to riches!! My two cents in the matter is it depends on the reason she's unavailable. If she's been abused ignoring her won't work but if she's just seeking your attention it will.
