My boyfriend told his best friend our sex life. I’m very upset with him. I feel betrayed and I don’t trust him. I asked him why did you tell your bestfriend why we have sex and he said it’s a guys thing... I’m disgusted by him. He told he he didn’t tell him all of the details but I feel like it wasn’t right for him to talk about it.

This guy is obviously a very toxic person that does not respect others and that brags with his buddies and friends about his victims. You should learn a lesson from what happened and sever this toxic relation. There is definitely nothing positive that will ever come out of this relation and he will continue to misuse your trust whenever he can, just to brag around and make him look important towards his friends.

I think that's what you do when you are in a relationship with a guy and most people think you have sex with whoever you are in a relationship.

That's tricky because usually it's women who talk about their sex lives with their friends and guys don't really.
Guys usually just have to accept it whether it embarrassed them or not.
Ideally both partners should keep the intimate details of their relationship private out of respect for their partner.

I agree, I never discuss my sex life with other guys if I'm in a relationship.
1. I don't want her to be mad at me.
2. I don't want to advertise to my buddies how hot she is, how much I love her and how great my situation is, they might try to steal her.
3. I don't want them to tell everyone our business and get me in trouble either.
4. I don't get off on bragging about my sex life to guys, I would rather go home and be with my girlfriend.
