How do I support my boyfriend?

We're in a long distance relationship. He has a start up and he's very busy with it. Still he calls me twice a day, like when he's driving, he always calls me up. We don't get to talk much.. maybe like for 20-30 mins per day at max. He always keeps telling me about his work.. I really don't understand what to respond. We hardly video call. He's always worried about his work, we all know that start ups can be very stressful.. I wanted to know.. what should I say to him? I mean if u guys were in his place what would u all like to hear from us? What can I do to support him, since I don't live with him , I really don't understand what I can do from calls and texts.

I was overseas in the US Army—away from my girl back home. What I loved to hear from her was—for me—how she was doing, how things were going at her work, and how she felt about me being away. Pretty much in that order of interest.

If a guy doesn't want hear about how you are doing or feeling—especially about him—then he's not focused. It didn't matter if I was getting bombed in the war, I wanted to know how my lady was.

After that, I expected the same from her. If I was super exhausted, I'd sure like to hear positive things like, "You are Superman." "You are going to overcome it." "You are my hero—and don't forget it!" "It's hard to do those things you are doing, I know."

Being his support in time of stress is what a relationship is all about, right? It's about holding the other up when they need a hand to keep them from falling over. It's all about giving the positive and supportive comments that work will rarely give you.

It's really hard tbh it will either make you or break you. When don't see then as often as you used to makes time so special. That's what found from long distance
