Is my boyfriend just stringing me along?

I'm 21 and he's 22. We've been together for almost 2 years, and while I've mentioned him to my family multiple times, I'm not even sure any of his family knows I exist. Anytime I've brought it up to him, the few times I have although it really bothers me, he would make excuses like "I don't want them all in my business asking questions" or something. I feel like we're getting too old to be worried about that nonsense, but I haven't brought it up since. Also, he never really hints at a future with me. We go to the same school right now but he graduates at the end of this year, and lives 3 hours away during the summer and I'm not sure what will happen when he does. I'm worried, and I don't know how to bring up this conversation. What are your thoughts?

Of course, he is using you. He doesn't want to get married, have a family, and any sex you're giving him, he is using you. That is why I tell people, don't have sex before marriage, make sure you two have been friends for a long time, get to meet their friends and their parents so you know how he was raised and who he is outside of dating. Most men do this because they have no plans for a future and are ultimately just selfish. Why would they feel the need to be all up in his business? Unless the family is toxic, most families ask because they are concerned and want to make sure their children are happy. If once decide on marriage you're going to be part of the family. It is important you and the family gets along. When men do that, they are not interested in that. But just to do whatever they want in their lives. But in the end, they are robbing yours. As long as they "win", you "lose". Men who want a future have nothing to hide.

Just bring it up without warning. Ask him straight up " Do you see us together in the immediate, and long term future". See what he says.

Almost 2 years? Yeah, it's probably about time. If you want to meet his family, he should let you meet them.
