My husband doesn't sleep?

My husband sometimes doesn't sleep till 2 or 5 am since he met that one girl. She used to sent a text at 2 or 5 am or post on her IG at that time (she found his social media, he didn't give her) He told me that she has a crush on him, but I dont know how he feels about her he never talked about it. He made sure she doesn't get near him anymore via police, but recently I found out he's been stalking her social media like Instagram (she deleted her Instagram afterwards) now he's been trying to find her other social media just to stalk her and I don't understand why and the other thing bothering thing is he rarely sleeps anymore he sleeps next to me 2 or 3 hours then gets up again. Or wakes up at 3 or 5 am and is on his phone. Please help
