Should I text my boyfriend again to express how thankful I am to have him in my life?

I texted my boyfriend this morning a selfie wishing him a good day and we exchanged few texts. I called him in the evening and we chatted for a bit. On Friday we went out and he got a bit drunk and gave me a speech how lucky he is to have met me and how grateful he feels that I am in his life. I am usually not that expressive and caught of by surprise tbh. I just told him me too. Should I leave him another text saying that I'm really thankful to have him in my life or save it for when we meet tomorrow?

Are you only wanting to send the message because he said what he did? Didn’t you say in your post that he got drunk? take what he said with a grain of salt if he is saying that when he is drunk because some people say things they don’t mean when they have been drinking

Save it for later, you have already acknowledged his statement, or if you are at that stage of your relationship you can show him in a special way next time you are together.
