I'd feel something is wrong, but may not know what, these issues can be deep emotional issues. People don't see themselves, understand their reactions, so requires digging...

I've been there, I had my underlying problems as did they and it is a pointless waste of time if you cannot figure out what the issue is and resolve it. In hindsight, I'd have pulled the plug on prior attempts more quickly after some discussion/introspection. Cut the losses. Some was working on myself. Being honest helps. I was avoidant... paid for it.

I'm in a good place with my girlfriend, kissing, the whole enchilada... all works.

you are doing right by exposing an issue, wondering if it is "good" or normal. It's not and bigger problems lurk ahead if ignored...

My ex was this way. It definitely prevented me from being turned on by him even though he was well endowed. Our sex life definitely lacked intimacy which eventually caused a lack of chemistry between us.

My current boyfriend now is such a great kisser and we always kiss before or during sex and we are just sooo much more bonded and our sex life is so hot and intimate. So I definitely believe kissing can have a HUGE impact on your sex life

A little weird as that is an essential part of foreplay if you're in a serious relationship. If it is just a hookup, I wouldn't want to kiss him at all, I wouldn't even want to make eye contact.

Surprised that's even a question, would've thought all girls would've seen that as an immediate red flag or something. The only reason I could think of why I wouldn't kiss my girl period is if something was bothering me and I wasn't in a mood. And believe me, I've had issues that serious that bothered me that much.

I've dated 2 girls in my life that were not into kissing, and in fact both were more casual relationships that were not meant to last. I'm guessing that women generally still see kissing as a more intimate act and choose to avoid it when being casual.

It does give a certain feeling of rejection, but knowing it's litertally not personal helps take the bite out of it. In situations where it's not supposed to be casual, well.. I would say that it's a bad sign if your SO doesn't like to kiss.

Without sounding vulgar and/or crass, I don't kiss women until they have brushed their teeth and used mouthwash (that I witness her doing it). Simply because I don't date women exclusively and honestly, I have no idea where that mouth has been. Personal hygiene is something I get extremely anal about.
