My husband is 16 years younger then me. One of the big reasons why I was willing to overlook the age gap (which I was pretty uncomfortable with at the beginning) is because he had a solid career and was living independently on his own. If he was still living with his mom and dad that would have screamed to me that he wasn't on the maturity level I'd need him to be at for me to take dating him seriously.
While it’s not the most ideal situation for me, it definitely isn’t a reason why I would or wouldn’t date him. If I really like him and want to, then him living with his parents shouldn’t be an issue at all.
