If he's doing it to be financially savvy, is getting ahead, and is still a great guy overall, then I see no issues. Especially if he's able to live with them and still respected by them enough to have company and act like an adult.
It's too weird when they are adults and the parent is overbearing and they are still sneaking around. It's also a no if they are just failing at life even with help from their parents. Red flags.
in this economy? yes, especially if they're around my age, maybe when it gets to 30+ it's a bit more questionable but as long as you're financially stable...
