I know most people wouldn't want a guy who just sits around, but what if he had a car and a job and pays for his share of the bill's?

I don't date but if I had to date, then why not date someone that lives with his parents?

You state that he share the costs for his stay with the family. That alone is sufficient to tell me that he is not a leach. If the "rent" he pays also covers for the costs incurred for laundry, food and other incremental costs related to him staying at home, then why not?

I don't care whether he has a car or not but what is important to me is that he has a regular job with a regular income.

Some people don't like to move out because of convenience or for whatever other reasons. That should never be a reason not to date someone.

Yes, that isn't a problem for me. There could be any number of reasons he lives with parents. It could be that he is saving money for the future to buy a house or just make sure he is financially stable.

Too many move out too soon before they are financially ready to do so. At least it is responsible to wait instead of moving out just to say you don't live with parents.
