Yes, however you need to find the right person, and that can add up to a lot of bad dates.
Finding the right person is pretty much like a job.
Potentially you are looking for someone to spend the rest of your life with.
I live in a rural area, and the pickings are pretty slim, so I joined one of the "better" dating sites where you have to pay to join.
That will help weed out most of those that just want to hook up.
Be honest about yourself as well as your expectations.
Then you get to go over profiles.
It can take a while. But I had great results.
Our anniversary is on the 17th of this month.

Very hard to find. Usually there will have to be some compromises; decide what you are willing to compromise - the sexual attraction part, or the "treating me right" part. Or stay single and wait for that perfect guy. He might or might never show up.

Well that totally depends on you honestly. Some women are sexually attracted to the wrong types of men. They honestly have to step back and do some serious self reflection on what they really want out of a relationship. So is it possible? Yes, but its all on you.

Try reevaluating what you look for in a partner. Figure out what your ideal is and then come up with things that are acceptable that aren't the ideal.

Example.
Ideal is a buff body with lots of muscle and a six pack.

Acceptable goes to the gym regularly but doesn't have a buff physice
