Well that kind of depends on a lot of different things so you can't really say yes or no there has to be a whole back story that you have to talk about I mean how would you feel if girls started talking with your boyfriend all the time and we're laughing and playing and having a good time like when you're not around and when you are around would you feel it insecure or would you be okay with you

If you want to make new connections or new friendships with opposite gender people you are a cheater or a future cheater.

People in the comments are also likely cheaters if they support that kind of behavior. The majority of people are not faithful/loyal. The majority of relationships don't work out or end in divorce. People continuously make bad decisions not considering how something will make their partner feel. Bad behavior leads to bad results in the long term. If you try making new contacts with other guys, don't expect your boyfriend to stay loyal to you since you aren't staying loyal to him.

There are supposed to be certain rules/standards of behavior when someone is in a relationship that are different than when they are single. That applies to both the man and woman. That means that if your boyfriend doesn't want you making new guy friends, then he shouldn't make new female friends either.
