My dads girlfriend is moving in and does anything for her and my brother is moving all the way to Paris for his girlfriend. But yet guys don't even jump a puddle for me and I have paid everything for myself on dates and even the slightest talk about eh future they are odd running

You may be looking in the wrong places for love then. Plus, just because someone moves across countries for a girl doesn't mean their motives are right. Be careful not to seek out relationships in desperation or frustration, be reasonable with each one, and be careful who you date and who you stay with.
