I think it's toxic because many people start dating before they are actually ready for a relationship. They just hang around either on Tinder or other apps to have fun or to find themselves.
Plus many people seem in a hurry while dating they try to get your number/insta/mail what ever at first contact without even knowing you.
Plus there are many male and female jerks that get away with their tactics not being interested in person and just around for sex.
All in all there are so many unprepared low quality people that when you either can't find high quality people or you don't want to meet them because you're already frustrated.

Dating is what you make it. Pick the right potential partners and treat them right. Sometimes, it goes awry but usually we just eventually decide we aren't compatible and go our separate ways. At the moment, I am living with the woman I started dating in December, 2020 and we are doing well.

It's not toxic unless you allow that to happen. If it always works out poorly for you, change what you're doing!

I agree with you. I think I've used a dating app (site) when they first came out. I decided it wasn't for me.

Either you want someone or you don't. You post yourself on dating sites like everyone else and hope that someone wants more than just sex.
I am not afraid to say I want love. Because that is what I want.

When a guy gets what he wants he tries his hardest to make her believe he's the right choice. But sometimes you're not compatible and that's ok

I totally agree. I've actually been accused of flirting with women when I was "just" listening to them (which I think is rare these days) and not trying to get into their pants.

My sex drive isn't what it used to be. I think because I've been hurt a lot. Consequently I don't want hook ups because I can't satisfy a guy that wants that.
