Is it possible to get laid with people who speak different language?

I am from the U. S and I only know English. If I go to the european countries like Italy, sweden, germany where majority of people don't speak English.. does it mean I can't have sex with girls who are Italian, swedish, German, etc? Have you guys ever been laid with people who don't speak the same language? Is it even possible to get laid in these "non English speaking" countries? Please answer..
