1. Don't approach her when she is in a group of her girls... she may not behave authentically while others are watching

2. Find a way to stumble directly against her "by accident" and hold that contact for a few seconds... that will either get her engine running or you'll get pepper sprayed... be brave and find out

3. Be squeaky clean inside out and smell good... don't overdo the cologne... just a dab or two. Wear short, even ultra clean fingernails

4. Wear clean, pressed clothes and well-maintained shoes

5. Know your worth and don't let her play you... If she wants favors, she has to earn them and say, "No" often

6. She is just like you. Treat her as you wish to be treated... with kindness and respect. Hol open doors for her and pull out chairs... Walk on the outside when on sidewalks

7. Refrain from even attempting sex for at least ten good dates... these dates could be (1) coffee (2) art museum (3) baseball game (4) dinner out (5) play (6) pier fishing (7) sailing (8) winery/picnic (9) dinner at your place... you cook or provide meal (10) bowling with your friends

After your tenth date, bring up sex, but, don't be pushy... take it slow and let her lead. However, if she doesn't express a firm interest in you, immediately place her in the friend zone and go no contact. Find another girl to date because this one is definitely not serious about pursuing a relationship with you.

Rinse and repeat until you find "the one".
