Is age really just a number in a relationship?

Things might work out between a 25- and 40-year-old. But won't there be issues down the road for 45 yr old being married to a 60 yr old senior citizen? You're still riding motorcycles and having sex while all your spouse needs is someone to take him to the doctor, remind him to take his medication and making sure he doesn't fall when he leaves the house. Won't marriage satisfaction decline?

Everything you just described is a programming from Doctors, society and Government. They make you think that when you get to that age you will need to be on medication, will not have your mobility and will not be healthy. This is not natural and once people realize this, they can age very gracefully. It's possible to age without ever needing any medication, and to never have any mobility problems. I've had people tell me that as I get older my metabolism will slow, I will get fat, will get poor eyesight and I will be ill.

But I no longer need glasses, my metabolism is fast, I still workout, am on zero medication and am strong. But most people ascribe to the programming so will have such issues as you mentioned.

Sure even if you can still walk. Your energy level isn’t gonna be the same at 60 as it would be at 45-50. Imagine being married to someone who wants to sleep early while you want to stay up late? How about being married to someone who can no longer do your favorite activities with you such as hiking, boating , camping , riding motorcycles? You want to travel to 3 countries for vacation while they want to go on a quiet cruise?

And imagine being married to someone who can’t sexually fulfill you or being married you’re completely not physically attracted to once you hit your 40s?

Wrong! Like most, you've been led to believe it's impossible. But it is very possible to have more energy at the age of 60 than you had at 45-50, or to have exactly the same level. I'm in my mid 40's and have more energy, health and vitality now, than when I was in my 20's, but that is because I've learned so much about the body. I've even reversed my grey hair and discovered that the body can start to regenerate it's collagen supply that stops around the age of 50-60.

But most people don't have this knowledge and don't believe so they will be as you described. Some of the other stuff you mentioned sounds more about personality than energy though.

Oxygen intake is also a huge one too. Most of us are deficient, severely deficient in oxygen and do not breath properly. This can be rectified through chemical ventilation.

However, given that most people have fallen for the brainwashing of decline as we age, then yes, it's very likely you will experience this from most men. Of course, there is a point where we will all get very old, but it's not as we've been taught.

do you really think exceptions are the rule? vast majority of people in their 60s don't have more energy than in their 40s-50s. You are in your sexual decline while your spouse is still in their sexual prime. there's a good chance they're not physically attracted to you either.

Like I said, exceptions don't make the rule. Just because there are a few people who make it to 90 years old, it doesn't mean vast majority of people make it to 90. By the time most people hit their early to mid 50s, they want to retire or switch to easier careers because they simply can no longer deal with the stress / rigors of their jobs.

Rate of aging and lifespan is based most heavily on genes. It’s not something that you can control to a huge extent. Sure you may add another 8 years to your life by being healthy but genes determine most of when you die or how you age

I know it is not for everyone but let me share a short story with you. I worked in DC and a good friend feel for a man that was 26 years older. They married and had a wonderful life together. she was in her mid 20s. He died when he was 90, she is still alive. She said that she would not change a day of their life.
