Everything you just described is a programming from Doctors, society and Government. They make you think that when you get to that age you will need to be on medication, will not have your mobility and will not be healthy. This is not natural and once people realize this, they can age very gracefully. It's possible to age without ever needing any medication, and to never have any mobility problems. I've had people tell me that as I get older my metabolism will slow, I will get fat, will get poor eyesight and I will be ill.
But I no longer need glasses, my metabolism is fast, I still workout, am on zero medication and am strong. But most people ascribe to the programming so will have such issues as you mentioned.
The risk of falling is about nutrition and exercise. When you train, you become more mobile, flexible and less likely to fall. Vitamin K2 makes your bones stronger, as does D3. They reduces the chances of bone fractures.You need to grow up. You are always posting about age differences and how it bothers you. Did some older guy hurt you? It sounds like major daddy issues or grandpa issues going on. Most people just date who they like.
