How often has your first impression been wrong?

I usually don't form such conclusive first impressions, and typically don't come up with just one but many possibilities if I form some at all (with varying estimated odds for each possibility whose assigned odds are reevaluated as I gather more information).
So usually not although I'm not sure I actually form first impressions in the sense that some do. I generally don't assign high confidence to any possible conclusion until it's backed by a great deal of data, and also try to minimize my assumptions.
All the time
People always present themselves good or present their best side on the first meets it's only when you get to know them you see the monsters they are hiding within them
My Doberman was my precise judge of stranger-danger character. She could spot an a-s🕳 at 400 yards. It seems to be a genetic thing. You have it or you don’t. Unfortunately, my own gauge is not as refined.
That’s just a fact of life. Just don’t let yourself get to the point you expect it. Allow people a bit of a chance to prove they won’t.
It took going through tragedy to shine a light on the people who stood by me when down. I was shocked to learn the results.
I’m very good at reading people and I was only wrong once in my life - but I realized my error in less than 20 minutes.

probably more times than i can remember. i think it's natural to have them even if you aren't a judgmental person
Often, but I am usually pretty close. It's both important to heed your first impression AND to be willing to change your opinion when there is evidence to the contrary.
I usually go with my gut feeling, Its mostly right...
