That would follow the thinking that someone is "confident"- whether tube steaks (hot dogs) or filet mignon, a confident person is just that in just about any situation.

The thing that leads me to believe that she is NOT confident herself is that she has to use the B---H word in her titles just to attract attention.

@HighlyVolatile what she means is she makes the man earn her trust before she shows her love and care and that her self-respect makes her more attractive than a girl who is too nice, I think having boundaries will help but it won’t magically solve all attraction problems in a relationship.

I will be 64 in a few days. I was thinking about this question and I don't ever remember a first "date" where either of us made the meal. So I'm going to assume this question is asking about the first invite over for a meal. In this case, if all I see is popcorn I'm gone!
