I would be honest about it.
"Listen, this is not what I expected after seeing your photos, so I am going as I don't think we should waste each other's time."
Probably, I should be prepared for some insults from them but starting with a lie is not okay.
I like your approach
I’d finish the date, tell them that they look very different from their picture on their profile and politely let them know that I’m not interested in another date as I do not feel compatible with them.
Well I’d be mad cause they lied and unnattracted cause obesity ent nice, so I’d probably just leave. Maybe I’d chill and eat some food but deffs no second date
"Nope, I'm done ignoring red flags. You're not going to manipulate me into accepting this lie as anything remotely acceptable. Bye."
You are welcome

I have a routine that if I’m talking to someone online and if I’m interested in them. I’m taking it to video chat by before we meet.
I wouldn't just up and leave, but I wouldn't ask for another date.
That's another reason I don't go to expensive restaurants on a first date.
I'd continue the date and try to have a good time, but when it came to physical contact I'd let her know I'm not interested in bbw!
Not go on a second date.
Be polite. Finish the date. Ghost.
