Girls, Why do you hate good guys (not nice guys)?

I always have bad experiences with women. Let me be clear, I do not expect sex out of niceness or I do stuff for only women to whom I am attracted two. But I always get bad responses from women.
In school, I have repaired many lab equipment for free which was otherwise expensive to buy new. Students were not learning using stuff as school was a little out of funds too but instead of being happy with it, the girls hated me as now they had to study for their own benefits.
I worked with animal and disabilities shelters and many women see that as uncool or less manly.
Two girls shifted in my apartment building and we get to know each other. Since I have good medical knowledge they sometimes asked for my help if they were sick. If they were sick at midnight and asked for my help I checked their temperature and bought medicines for them in the middle of the night. The next day I asked them on the stairs if they were ok. Later overheard them saying that they have to tolerate talking to me for help which they don't like, they just want help and no good talking on their part.
I took a half-dead woman to hospital after a road accident only to be ditched by a potential date for being late even though I called and experience it. She survived the accident.
I do the same for men too.

From what you described you seem like a very caring person and that's something our society lacks: people with good intentions who don't need to benefit from something. To me it seems that if you continue to help people out of your heart and wanting to make others feel better you will eventually find a person who will truly appreciate you. And please don't generalize women because you had unpleasant experiences with some of them. They clearly didn't deserve your kindness.

I am getting beaten up by this lately. My guy friends, and family continuously tell me to change. I see guys who roam around the streets the whole day with cars/bikes get love from many women. I am 26, still never been in a relationship, and lonely. Perhaps it's something to do with my personality as most nowadays love a cool bad boy and see guys like us as boring. It's been a long I am single and a virgin and girls ghosted after hearing that I am still a virgin, they say guys like you are only good after thirty. Almost every guy and girl by my age have been in many relationships.
