Should dating apps have a weight filter?

Okay, I am probably going to make some enemies off this, but let's be realistic, would it help if dating apps had a weight filter? Or maybe they would never do it because they know they would lose so much business? Or I'm a shallow prick?

Some do, but its usually in the form of selecting body type options, because filtering based on exact weight would not be worth it.

A taller person can be thin and weigh more, a woman with large boobs is going to weigh more than a flat chested woman even if both are otherwise thin.

It's best to just have it be by body type.

I've only used Plenty of Fish a long time ago, but on there you have the option to choose your body type. Slim, Athletic, Average, Few extra pounds, BBW I think?
I'm all for transparency though. If they force you to list your height and income bracket, then they might as well list everyone's weight, boob size, penis size, and have a full body profile shot to see her butt as well. Why hide things, why waste time I guess?

No because added weight can also be due to muscle or height. The number alone wouldn’t always indicate someone’s body type.
