Do young adults (>30yrs) go on enough dates?

Are you a young adult? Do you feel like you go on enough dates? Would you like to go on more dates?

It's been about 3 months since I've gone on a date. Sometimes it feels like a long time will go by before I find another one. I guess mainly since I don't believe in online dating I really have to try to network, go out, and meet new people.

I go on dates once a week

I go on dates once every few months

It's been over six months since my last date

It's been a long ass time, and I'd really appreciate a date

I used to go on dates a few times a month, mostly from dating apps when I was 17-18 (I know age) but these days I might go one one or two first dates a year as I don’t like dating apps anymore and I just don’t have the time or energy tbh. Plus I’ve done it all before so first date novelty has kind of worn off unless it’s someone I really like

Go on as many as you need to. I personally feel I don't put in enough effort to find the right one as I am focused on myself mostly these days but the answer isn't so clear cut.
