I guess they're the same as if a woman is a player.

- They take a while to reply between every text message with you because they're always texting more than one guy/girl simultaneously.
- They get nervous being out in public with you sometimes because they're scared their other hook up buddies might see that they're not single.
- They don't put any pictures of you on their social media or show in their status that they're even in a relationship at all.
-They'll NEVER let you use their phone out of fear that a text alert from another guy/girl will come through, or you might check their contacts, or read the messages.
- They stay out late, and jump in the shower as soon as they get home even though they usually only shower in the morning.

He will probably want sex ASAP, like first date or 2nd date, his objective is get it and carry on for days, weeks or months until the next challenge comes along.

He won't be bothered or interested in meeting your friends or family, he also won't be bothered if you meet his. You may meet his family, but it won't seem like a important occasion or big deal to him.

He isn't interested in doing lots of bonding things, like couples usually do on dates.
