I did. I was 16 and I really wanted todo it but I wasn't sure if she wanted to. I took her hand and she did not pull it away so we faced each other and before I knew it I leaned over and kissed her.

I was drunk and the girl too. Both were sitting at a party and she was just beside me. We started talking and suddenly she kissed me. It was too quick but lasted long. She went on and on. Somehow I remember the kissing but was too wasted feeling anything, I was not into her, to begin with. So I guess it can be sexual harassment 😅.
