Should I stop saying I love you?

My boyfriend and I have known each other for almost a year. We worked together and saw each other on a weekly almost daily basis. Well he has been interested in dating me for all that time but after getting out of a long term marriage I didn’t want to jump into anything. Finally gave him a chance and he has been absolutely amazing to me. Very mature and responsible and very different from other men I’ve been with in many ways. We have been together about 3 months and I have told him I love you three times. The first time was into the second month I told him I think I’m falling in love with him. Then about a two weeks later I told him one night while laying in bed that I love you. Told him it’s ok if he doesn’t say it back cause he doesn’t feel that way yet. He hasn’t said it back either time but gave a soft gentle laugh and kissed me and rubbed on my head or shoulders or back. Told him again after sex last night and same thing. A laugh with a lot of rubbing on me afterwards. It’s how I feel but should I stop since he can’t say it back? I done say it much just once in a great while. Do you think it is making him uncomfortable when I say and that’s why he laughs? Should I stop til he feels ready to say it to me?
